Shortly after becoming a mom, I traded in my scrubs for breastmilk-stained sweatshirts and yoga pants. I loved being home with my daughter but missed feeling like me. My house was quickly turning into a playground, I had three different lengths of hair, and I started sounding like my mother. I was in desperate need of an outlet, so I made it my “job” to start renovating our home—and somewhere along the way, DIY became my form of self-care.
What started in our own house has grown into helping other families update their spaces in a way that feels doable, functional, and worth the investment.
I now take on renovation projects for clients who want a better home—but don’t have the time, energy, or desire to figure it all out themselves.
My approach is simple: make smart, practical updates first… and then make them look pretty! Because Colorful Toddler Chic does not have to be your forever aesthetic.
